Absolutely! We offer free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Delivery times can vary depending on your order and whether personalisation is required.
If you’d like an update on an existing order, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Made a spelling mistake or changed your mind? Get in touch as quickly as possible with your order number.
We’ll do our best to make changes before printing begins. Once your pen has been personalised, changes may no longer be possible.
Personalised products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns because they’re made specifically for you.
However, if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
We’re sorry something isn’t right. Email us with your order number, a brief explanation and, if possible, a photograph.

Unfortunately not. MostlyPens is a home-based business operating entirely online. We don’t have a retail shop and cannot accept visitors or collections.

As we operate from a private workspace rather than a high street shop, we don’t accept visitors, customer collections or in-person returns.
